James joined Align in 2020 as Director of Risk Analysis. He facilitates captive implementation and ongoing captive management services. James leads Align’s west coast presence, heading our office in Los Angeles. Prior to joining Align, James served as a principal at Merge Growth Advisors, a healthcare M&A advisory group, focusing on mergers and acquisitions in the urgent care and dental spaces. In addition, James spent two and half years as a senior associate at Clearbrook Holdings, a Nashville-based private equity group, where he focused on private equity investing, portfolio company management, and transactions. His industry experience includes transportation, behavioral health, home health, dental, food processing and distribution, and construction services.
